Irina Hartzog has a Pleonastic Mutation that has turned the Sclera of her eye a deep black and her irises a radiant gold. While her abilities are vision based, The color of her eyes is actually unrelated to them.
Special abilities
Passive Time Dilation Vision - Irina has the ability to induce a severe form of mental time dilation on anyone that makes direct and unfiltered eye contact with her.
Anyone under the effect of Irina's ability will find themselves seemingly trapped in their own body with the world around them frozen in time. In reality, their own perception on time has been slowed by a factor of several hundreds of thousands. In that state, what would be 1 second in real time will feel to them as if 9 years had passed.
People affected even for only a few seconds will end up in horrible states of mental fatigue due to prolonged isolation.
Her ability must be unfiltered to take effect. Any filter will be enough to block it, even something as thin as plastic wrap.
Due to the passive nature of her ability, Irina is forced to wear glasses at all time to block her ability.
Her abilities do not work on her other family members.
