Passive Extraversal Vision - Cosette has the ability to view other Universes. Her view of these Universes is dependent on her current location. If she is at street level, she will see the street level view of the same location of another Universe.
Her ability is passive and cannot be controlled by her. As a side effect, she has never seen the faces of her own family as she has had this ability since birth. She is effectively blind to what is actually around her.
As she views other Universes, Those respective Universes Meta-Dialing Sequence is displayed on the surface of her eyes.
