Deijen of Dinòra (Die-YENN of Dee-NORA)

Deijen I Aujanoch Va'Dinòra, also called Darien I, Deyen, St. Dahman, Deijen I the Great, or simply '(Deijen) the Prophet' was a Dinoraenic King, Philosopher, Warrior, Ellurite, Poet and Religious Leader. He was the founder of the Lutrian Commune, the First Dinoraenic Kingdom, the First Prophetic Dynasty, and the Drathnavist Sect of the Old Dinoraenic Religion. Perhaps the foremost and most fundamental religious, cultural and national figure on the Continent, Deijen is often considered the 'Father of the Dinoranian Nation.' He is the national culture hero, is considered a prophet in every major continental religion, and his Deijenist teachings have formed the basis of the Holy Esparad of Three Revelations. The prophet's descendants, being among the few highblood dinoraenes on Gea, have occupied Imperial, Royal and Princely Thrones for a large portion of Dinoranian History, and have exerted a profound impact on the history of the world itself.
"An Angel came to me in the dark of night. He was mute, and I understood every word."
- the Prophet Deijen, c. 3713 BCE.

Early Life on Dinòra

Deijen, according to Esperite Tradition, was born in Aijéra Sorevida, in the Kaholdate of Dinærshold, around 4014 earth-years before the present day, on the nearworld Dinòra. He was the firstborn son of King Aujen II Harsan of the Aujenid Dynasty that ruled Dinærshold after the death of Dinær himself. Deijen's mother, Dericeis, died in childbirth. It was uncommon at the time for Highblood Dinoraenes to die in such a manner, or to die at all. Hence it was believed that his mother's spirit or selsara would be transferred in part to him, and persist beyond its passage. As such, the ordinary hundred-month celebration of the prince's birth was not mired by mourning, though it was regarded with a degree of alienation from the class of highbloods.   Fearing that the curious circumstances of his birth would make the boy a target, Aujen assigned a dedicated Protector-class Thykanope to safeguard his health.     Arrival on Gea Anhe
