Ellurosis

Ellurosis (Dinoranian: Ellurida, formerly Au'Silveid) is a rare condition, defined as the presence of Elluric fields in living tissue.

Ellurosis is divided by physicians into three categories: Infective, Destructive and Transcendental
Destructive Ellurosis, also known as Vaiyen's Disease, has a 100% mortality rate.

Causes

The causes of ellurosis in humans are unknown, though it is apparent that a family history of ellurosis is a risk factor in its pathogenesis.
