The Touman Castle

The Touman Castle is a giant castle in the city of Celtouma. It is the base for the government of Celetarii, and the nation's military, as well as residence of the Rao .

Purpose / Function

The Touman Castle serves as residence for the current Rao and some very elite members of the army. The outer levels can be visited by virtually anyone, whereas the inner levels can only be walked by extremely high rank soldiers and the Rao themself. The Touman Castle also serves as a headquarters for the council of Celetarii to hold various meetings, often with the current Rao's presence
It also serves as a shelter and a stronghold for the citizens of Celtouma (and sometimes of Celetarii in general) during a disaster, although it has only been used this way a few times.

Architecture

The Castle is built predominantly out of stone. The main buildings are circular cylinders with the walls creating rings around them.

Defenses

The Touman Castle has many watchtowers and guard posts to help keep order, with more in the inner levels.
