Academy of Milil
A large and well known bardic college in Actum, named for the god of song, Milil. An important site for bards around the world, many travel to study here even if only for a week or a month.
Many halfling bards teach and learn here in addition to the large gnome population, and the academy keeps in constant contact with the Bardic College of Vannin and the Bardic College of Cymru.
