With many Pneumatics, one isn't simply born, it is a separation from at least one Pneumatic, becoming an entirely different Pneumatic. Prota is the second newest Pneumatic, his Inception being right before Newell's. In this case Prota arose from Amp'd, with Tox losing a bit of himself as well.

Prota is currently one of the only Pneumatics to possess the knowledge and ability to produce Non-Homage Matter. This was due to some of the testing considerations, during their confinement, the tests undertaken had some pneumatics testing the variety of matter they could produce, and while ChStr is affected by the standard gravitational field. it is not however, affected by many of the other constraints Homage matter is attributed to.
