The Introduction, To the story of Dragon's Breathe

The initial plotline of the Pneumatics and the setup for their goal.   A story to the week before their discovery, The Pneumatics.   This may be segments of Acts rather than just the first, There's no serious conflict in these situations so if you read this, don't expect these to be the real introduction.

Plot points/Scenes

In our first couple of chapters, we're introduced to Widow, an early college student who begins mentioning the idea of if he had multiple personalities that existed within his head. Those multiple personalities are, The Pneumatics, with their cast of characters being introduced to the reader and how their relationship with Widow kind of works.   We give Widow some minor conflict, able to develop the readers knowledge of who he is, but also the interactions of the Pneumatics between one another. The pneumatics begin series of collaborations and conflicts between one another to show their dynamics and how they all flow around and depend on each other.   All in all before the ultimatum, they reinforce their relationship with Widow, before depicting the crew getting a nights good sleep.

Themes

There's a looming presence somewhere far off but becoming all to close to the initial cast, but they seem to be enjoying themselves throughout the days leading up to their discovery.   Widow speaks about the idea of multiple personalities and how religions may see them. Wondering if they could exist in physical form, in some other dimension maybe.    Some chapter is completely dedicated to some corporation, talking about funding for some new exploration, where to is currently unimaginable. All seems to be lead by some political corporate.

Structure

Exposition

So, you've come to read the Exposition, good thing too. I'll probably have to have it in whatever media this may get published on lol.   So in this stories introduction, you need to realize there are two main dimensions, which will be called Widow's World and The Pneumatics Home. Note that in this world later on in the next Act, there will be portals that can lead to other dimensions, although how these portals work may be in a later exposition.   So before I get into the multiple universes established in the introduction, let me just mention the relation between Widow and his multiple personalities, The Pneumatics. There is some mysterious link between Widow and the Pneumatics, the Pneumatics sense everything Widow does at the same time, as well as sensing the area around themselves in their universe. The Pneumatics know every experience and memory Widow has had, they know each other just as well, but the pneumatics are partially all tied to one another in their universe, by which I mean metaphorically. Widow makes statements about possibly having multiple personalities, and the Pneumatics interact with each other and are what makes Widow, Widow for what they know, but being taken by Depthopolis, they have to confront the idea that Widow may be dead without them, because they are no longer sensing him or his senses. Finding out where he is and if he's actually still alive though is what the Pneumatics goal becomes though, because along with not being able to sense Widow, They no longer can sense each others thoughts and aren't bound by the thought of guiding each other because they are one another. They are separate being now, the only thing keeping them together is their goal, but will they realize that even without Widow they may still need one another.   Widow's World is much like our own universe on Earth, except with the common broadening of the demographic by not having many unique concepts from our own world mentioned as such yet.    Now in the Pneumatics Home, this is functionally how their universe looks, completely white, unwavering from color in switching from the ever flat and present ground, to the never changing sky. That is only in its most docile state however, as the pneumatics have control over the terrain of this universe. There is a unique particle and field of matter that makes this all possible, and is what their entire universe is made out of when completely docile. The colloquial term in Depthopolis is Dense Matter.

Conflict

So the initial conflict while they are still linked to Widow is light, just a Midterm that they had been studying for. Once done the Act Ends on a mysterious light beginning to flicker in the Pneumatics Home   P.S. In Depthopolis though, this matter can only be made inside the Pneumatics themselves to provide themselves with Dense Matter, this handicap becomes most problematic in how they have to deal with conflict in Depthopolis. Unmentioned but in their home universe they could kill each other with no repercussions, basically spawning from the closest Pneumatic like cells in the body. In Depthopolis it almost functions all the same, but it is unsure that if all killed at the same time they would ever grow back.

Rising Action

In our introduction we our introduced to Widow, and his Friend, during a chill morning of having coffee on a Sunday morning, Widow mentions the idea of how he wonders if he had multiple personalities as his friend vocalizes his opinions to say it seemed weird. This sends us down to our first glimpse of the Pneumatics, introducing some of them(Vex, Lunus, Chill, and the Philos especially) and their personalities as another group of them continue to comment on the conversation their having with their friend. Widow mentions that Sunday he has to take some sort of Midterm that he'll have to study for all day before taking, having it due at Midnight next Sunday.   They soon finish up and then are seen playing videogames, this in turn lets some of the Pneumatic attention switch to Amp'd, Prota, Chill, Lunus, Cell, and Vani all taking their spots on the decisions. The other Philos then have a talk about their strategies with Tox and Literi sitting with them, remarking their creative efforts and their stubbornness. Once finished the friend suggests they go eat someplace, to which Widow is totally fine with and the Pneumatics get distracted causing them to not catch where they should eat and reply sure, this moves to their next segment/ chapter.   The next Chapter is around Tuesday or Wednesday (MAYBE THIS SHOULD BE THE CLIMAX), going to eat, Widow picks up his friend and asks where they are eating as their friend replies (*Insert Restaurant name*), which brings the Pneumatics into a fluster as that is where their Ex works, they soon get to their destination, and get to the register before she recognizes them, the friend replies Widow should go first, this sends the Pneumatics into a wildfire where a few of them make remarks, especially Cell, Lest, and Newell. Switching back to Widow solely, she stares back, they have a little whiplash, and then Widow walks away, his friend meets up with him and asks about the chick at the register as he talks a VERY brief bit about her, basically ending it with saying, but she is so much more Yada Yada Yada… The Pneumatics then reflect for a bit before walking out and saying bye to their friend, staying just long enough for his Ex's shift to end. Widow holds the door to his car and notices she's staring back momentarily before looking away and driving off. The group comments.
