Brightscepter's District

District of: Shidon

Overview

Brightscepter's District is the main warehousing district of Shidon. Since most of the large materials are imported via the Southern Dock Ward, the next door burough became the de facto storage location. Large warehouses and longhouses fill this district as no real residents live within. This district is extremely important to the overall well being of the economy of Shidon as it houses all its standard materials as well as resources such as imported foodstuffs such as wheat, fruit, and meats.

First Arrival:

The first thing you notice as you enter this district is the lack of life. Unlike the surrounding districts this particular area seems more like a transition location. Surrounding you are large warehouses, some walled and others open depending on the types of resources within. Large piles of stone, firewood, timber, and other such large materials sit out on pallets organized together for ease of access. The roads are mostly empty except for the occasional horse drawn carriage transferring material from one place to another. Laborers lounge nearby on breaks while others muscle the resources onto the carts.
