Culture and cultural heritage
The Rhumni hail from the Latii, a tribe of Cre'eki who did not march South into Garta'Jun with the Baraki. The Latii had contact with the Wal'Shönai, and learned much about society, artisanship, and language from them. Over time, the Latii grew more divergent from their cousins, and mingled also with Anglëi who lived in the nearby hills, sharing in their customs to a small degree.
Common Etiquette rules
One is expected to wear wool socks when inside a household, and the master of the house is expected to provide them if their guest is found wanting.
Common Dress code
In urban circles, one is expected to wear a plain tunic underneath a toga. Togae are often decorated in accordance with one's occupation, familial origins, allegiances, and achievements, using dyes or baubles, especially if in a social gathering. In rural communities, the toga is not often worn, except on special occasions such as holidays or social gatherings, and the tunic alone is worn, sometimes with linen or woolen trousers in the winter.
