General Physical Condition
Imagine what a dwarf with dwarfism for his species might look like, and you have a good idea of Rhiannon's body shape and size. Often mistaken for a gnome, but with the hardiness and constitution of a dwarf, Rhiannon is deceptively strong and agile despite his diminutive size.

Personal history
Rhiannon's short stature, even for a dwarf, led to his overprotective mother coddling him. As a result, even as an adult, Rhiannon has never left Highport and has no compunction to do so. He rarely leaves the pawn shop for long and lives his life among the mundane items of the store.
Employment
Rhiannon has worked in The Hidden Treasure Pawn Shoppe, his family business, from a very young age. Now that his mother has passed away, he runs the store on his own.
Mental Trauma
The loss of his beloved mother has hit Rhiannon very hard and, even though she has now been gone for a few years, he has not moved on from her death. He learned the value of customer service from his mother and comes across as helpful and kindly, but loneliness has made him hard-hearted by nature.

Occasionally a dark, perverted side to Rhiannon's nature will slip out in his interactions with others. Nothing too overt, just an off-color comment that is out of place in the conversation.
