Sagawa makes Majima manager of the Grand

In order to get use out of him, Sagawa forces Majima to take over running the Grand, a failing Cabaret Club. He assigns Majima a spurious 'debt' to pay off, and promises that if he manages it, Sagawa will get Majima back into the Tojo.
