Formerly the most expensive soapland in Tokyo, it was temporarily closed in 2005 after Majima Goro drove a bulldozer through the side of the building.
It was purchased by anonymous buyers who repaired and reopened it, but when Majima discovered it was now staffed by women who had been forced into sex work against their will, many of the trafficking victims, he went on a rampage through the building, killing many of the customers and the owners.
Since then, it has stood empty.
