The Patriarch of the Kazama Family.
The family was originally a subsidiary family of the Dojima Family, and the Patriarch was therefore answerable to the Dojima Patriarch. However, following the murder of Dojima Sohei, they became Tojo-direct, answerable only to the Tojo Chairman.
