Rar/Phaeris/Paeris

Goddess of Death; Goddess of the Sun

In her Rar aspect, traditionally known to humans, she is also associated with day. She is often worshipped by magic-users. Her many followers can be primarily distinguished by the magic they wield. There are quite a few carvings of her in the foothills of mountains. There are many myths involving her unhealthy relationship with Vutualli. She is the mother of Kind. She is known to help great mortal leaders.   In her Phaeris aspect, she is a goddess of sunshine. She can strike down creatures of impurity and darkness.   She is the creator of dry liches.   Suitable offerings include "oddly satisfying" patterns where everything is in the right place, as well as burning things.   Her symbol is a skull surrounded by symmetrical rays like the sun’s rays.
