Feywild

The Feywild is a place of unfettered experimentation created by those gods who found the order of the Material World stifling, as a compromise to reduce conflict between chaotic and lawful dieties. The founders of the Feywild are Liadi , who rules over doppelgangers; and Ilyrana, patron of the hags.   Winter - Isad and Keryth   Spring - Laerdya   Summer - Daro and Petbanise   Fall -   The eladrin were created in cooperation between the factions of the four seasons.   In the Material Plane, regional effects are exclusive to the most powerful beings. In the Feywild, any creature who is accustomed to living in a particular spot can exert regional effects, as long as these aren't counteracted by a more powerful creature's regional effects. A regional effect can be suppressed if the suppressing creature's CR is equal to the CR of the creature producing the effect + 2.   If multiple creatures of the same type live close enough for their regional effects to overlap, they do not stack, but they do become harder to suppress. In this case, add the CRs of all of the contributing creatures together when calculating what CR is needed to suppress the effect.   Emotionogenesis is also a feature of the Feywild.
