Arcane Realms

Most residents of these realms think that the interconnected realms ruled over by the Old and New Gods are all that exist. However, the gods of this world are not the only gods to coalesce into sentient forms and start creating dimensions. Unbeknownst to them, clusters of other interconnected realms exist throughout the universe, and in some, the sentient races have developed the ability to travel through the ether between worlds, visiting other worlds and forming empires and trade networks.
Once the residents of the Far Realms begin to find these realms, they become known as the Arcane Realms, because the magic of the arcane, created by the Sundering, is unique to these realms.
