Kingdom of Lucily

The Kingdom of Lucily is a major human kingdom located on the Murandoan side of the Bridge of Worlds, taking up the majority of the Lucian Peninsula, which it shares with the independent city of Lialit. Its capital is the port city of Conta. Inhabited mostly by Lucilian humans, small communities of Liali Drow and Anquetese Haflings also make their homes in southern Lucily. The nation neighbors the similarly Lucilian-dominant Commonwealth of Tharon, which it has tense relations with; Lucily being an incomplete reunification of the historical Lucine Empire, while Tharon remains in control of the former Lucine heartland and capital city. The current ruler of Lucily is the young King Prospero II of the House of Verena. He is the inheritor of his father's alliance with the kingdoms of Bethe and Kingdom of Daphinia, the Pact of Three. Despite his family's historically revanchist goals, Prospero seems to have taken a preference to maintaining the peace with Tharon, using the Pact to instead facilitate commerce, and act as a ward against any preemptive action by Tharon.
