Conta

Conta is the capital city of the Kingdom of Lucily, located on the mouth of the Lega River. Named for Castle Conta, which still overlooks it from high on Mont Regim, it has been a vital and dense port city for thousands of years.
While once a steadily growing urban center, Conta's outward expansion has stunted over the past century, as the wealthy owners of plantations and country homes in the river valley between Mont Regim and Mont Lega push against the tide of slums and factories threatening to eat away at their countryside.
