High Kingdom of Bethe

The High Kingdom of Bethe is a prominent high elven kingdom located on the Slederon side of the Bridge of Worlds. It borders Carthenia to the north, Orwinlin and Kabrizvania to the west, the city-state of Leono to the south, and Elmethid and Daphinia to the east, with Maldrath located off its northern coast. Its capital is Mormelune, the City of Lights, overlooking the Lucine Gulf. While its population is predominantly moon elves, Bethe also contains notable minorities of wood elves, Vanian gnomes, and Daphinite and Carthenian humans, as well as the occasional dragonborn trader from Maldrath. The current ruler of Bethe is High Queen Melisandra Nightsong of the House of Sylstina. Under her 110-year reign, Bethe has rapidly grown its industry, forged closer ties to the Church of Ages, and founded the Pact of Three with its fellow kingdoms of Lucily and Daphinia.
