Requiem Bibliotheca

Requiem Bibliotheca is an old bookstore in the heart of Caer Dineval. It's run by Opal Arabund, a drow. It's a relatively large building with an attached greenhouse as one of its wings. The space is kept heated with Underdark technology as opposed to the regular wood hearths most other buildings have. The owner's Underdark influences are quite present in the architecture and interior of the building in general, favouring rich purple paints on the walls as well as an intricate starry night painted on the ceiling of the building.
The Requiem doesn't see much business, as most of Caer Dineval's residents are not academic in their nature, and thus Opal has come to regard her wares as her personal library. She knows there are more valuable tomes kept in the Caer that she would like the chance to read, but the doors are kept firmly shut.

While the greenhouse section of the store is not necessarily part of the bookstore itself, Opal uses it as a lovely reading nook for herself. Nettle Kernel, a firbolg, is tending to the indoor garden when he's not working at The Palindrome next door.
