At the south end of town is Caer Dineval's inn, a drafty old building with boarded-up windows and a crooked weathervane shaped like a rearing dragon. The place has been out of business for almost a year.
The building used to be owned by Bartrand  de Castil, who has gone missing after the inn's closure. Many speculate he hasn't taken the closing of the inn too well, and has decided to leave Caer Dineval altogether to avoid facing his shame.
