The Dwarves of Calendêhl send three ships Westwards to explore the rumour of another continent behind the Dragon Bone Sea.

For thousands of years, there had been rumours in Calendêhl about a land behind the raging Dragon Bone Sea, full of wonders and riches. The Dwarves of Casari were great ship builders and decided to investigate the rumours. They sent three ships, full of Dwarven explorerers, engineers and soldiers towards the West.   The Dwarves landed in the North-East coast of Telamoth. The land was ravaged by the Dragon War, and the Dwarves did hardly find any other sentinent beings to communicate or even trade with. They made their way further Westward towards the mountains peaks they could see on the horizon. The few people they did meet, warned them not to go to close to the Western Mawl, as it might be rich in ores and gems, but was also ruled by one of the most powerful Elder Dragons, Atramentos.   This did not deter the Dwarves and they made their way to the mountains that lined the Western coast. They soon realized what riches were hidden in these mountains, more than they could have ever imagined. They built outposts in the caves of the mountain and began excavating. Soon they made the aquaintance of Atramentos' creatures, the Kobolds, who lived in the mountains. However, they were no match for the power and intelligence of the Dwarves and easily beaten. The Dwarves kept digging deeper and deeper into the mountains, until Atramentos himself confronted them. When they saw the Elder Dragon, the Dwarves were sure, they all would perish, but Atramentos had other plans. He had seen the way the Dwarves were able to mine and excavate ores and gems. Just like most dragons, Atramentos loved the beautiful bounty of the mountains. He suggested a deal to the Dwarves. They were allowed to stay, but had to pay him tribute. The Dwarves gladly agreed and in the following decades a steady stream of ore and gems would make its way along the rivers to the Eastern continent, to Casari.
