Old friend of Slava Slag
Used to tinker with him, when they were both young, but, contrary to Slava, never liked working with Ethirium, but preferred the old ways of tinkering.
Has a small workshop now in a side street in the The Dun. The workshop is in the same house as the living quarters of the Willow Clan, consisting of Tobias, his wife, his parents, his five children and his brother and his family.
He has a job offer to go to work for T. Botts & Children, Co..
