Postmortal Services uses necromancy to create a sustainable workforce capable of taking on jobs generally considered too dangerous or low paying for living workers, while providing income for living residents of Vantam who sign up for their corporeal remains leasing program. Applicants give exclusive rights to Postmortal Services to preserve and animate their bodies in the unfortunate but inevitable event of their demise. In return, Postmortal Services provides each accepted applicant with a modest stipend.

The company's office located in Seven Towers district of Vantam and is staffed by the greatest minds in necromancy. Customers may select from an array of tastefully preserved and animated zombies to serve as personal staff, while contractors can lease teams of zombified laborers to quickly and efficiently complete large-scale tasks at a fraction of the cost of a living crew.
