Baxter the Alchemist

Baxter is the owner of the Broken Potion in Farington. Noc asked Baxter to look at some blood he collected from a wolf in the Balenwood. The wolf had green eyes and Noc thought he might have been poisoned in some way. Baster promised to look into it and find what he could.
The first day he determined the blood was definitely affected by some outside source, but it wasn’t any conventional poison he knew of. He strongly believed it was a magical effect and took the liberty of taking the remaining blood to a local wizard that sells low-level spells as a service.
Riallen is the Wizard he goes to. He owns a book shop and sells, scrolls, and low level spells to people there as well.
