Riallen

Riallen is a middle-aged Half-Elf.  He's tall with blonde hair.  He is the owner of Arcane Artistry
He does work on occasion for Lord Carson Caldaway or other important people in town. Really the only arcane practitioner in town, except for a cleric at the temple. The two have a well-known rivalry.
He was instrumental in helping the heroes track down the problems that magical item that was causing animals in Kish to turn rabid.  He is fascinated by Lily, and promised to make her some custom dinnerware for the next time he saw her.  
He does not get a long with Elsa in the least bit.
