Stouce Lands
The Stouce Lands are a collection of smaller territories on the western side of the continent of Thars, governed by the Jarl, currently Yon Stanver. Each territory is run by it's own Baron or Baroness and are mostly autonomous, but they do ultimately answer to the Jarl. The main seat of power lies in Narazar, an ancient city of Dwarven design built deep into the Narazar Spires mountain range.
Tensions between Asparia and the Stouce Lands are running quite high due to the fairly recent war between the countries. The Jarl of the time, Dresden Warwens, fought a vicious campaign to try and conquer the entirety of the continent. Asparia fought back and eventually prevailed, thanks to assistance from forces from Teemu and the war was over. However, this war is still within human living memory, with both people and places still bearing the scars of the violence.Narazar
