Arthur Vinson

Current head of Section 13's South African Section, Vinson is considered an old dog even by old dog standards.
Charismatic, however, and a natural leader of men even at his age, he was the perfect choice to teach the new recruits of the Section everything there is and was to know about monster hunting when he couldn't do field work any more.
Many might think him put out to pasture, but don't doubt him. He has friends in very high places, and still has quite a few skills and contacts up his sleeve, should he need them. Out of all of the teachers he hand selected, he has the largest retinue of trainees around him, and even then those that are under his tutelage are held up as something special. Like being taught by Mozart, or Sun Tzu.
