The Twelve
The counsel that decides on laws and general polacy for Aprax. One seat is for the Phoenix , six more are reserved for representatives of the other gods although Ymasis' seat is left vacant traditionally. The remaining five seats are given to other representatives this can be a great leader of one of the cities or a representative of a different interpretation of one of the six. No Ember born are allowed to join the twelve without giving up their right to become the Pharaoh because this would give unfair power when elections start.
The Auditor is the 13th member of the counsel meetings. Although they do not have any right to vote on political matters they are allowed to bring accusations against members of the twelve to light. They also keep order and present topics of discussion.
The lord Qayid is the highest rank of the army. The seat of Making: Garvias (gnome), Appointed by Nabirye for his marvelous sculptures.
