A Half-elf Emperor of Ruanon who is known for finding a pocket dimension with dali frozen in Éertaillin and managing to free their bodies, gaining the favor of Ivael's Towers, and successfully unifying the leadership of the rural towns with the empire.
His most recent decree was the Drow ban of Ruanon which made him a bit less popular among Elves.
