Drow ban of Ruanon

The Drow ban of Ruanon is the royal decree signed by Aellevin Erralen, II. whereby all drow Elves are banned from entering the city of Ruanon.
It was announced shortly after a dangerous criminal mastermind (they call "the shadow king")'s identity has been revealed as a drow.

Purpose

To keep "the shadow king" out of the capital. Upon announcement all drows leaving the capital were screened by the Guards.
