Battle of Neles

The Battle of Neles was the biggest land battle during the The Corrupt War Era 11-21 ADW. It was fought between the humans of Vastor and humans of Incendium. The seige of Neles took over 3 weeks. King Cedrick Williamson was prepared for the attack. Sending more than half of Vastor forces to protect the city. But the enormeous army of the Draconis Empire did not give up. Finally after weeks of combat. King Amon Draconis's army was able to break into the city's walls. Once inside, unspeakable horrors happened. The slaughter of the inocent, raping of women and the kidnapping of children happened. King Amon Draconis took prisoners back to Dragonfall but most prisoners were fed to his dragon.
When the Draconis army finally reached the castle, Amon sent one of his men to deliever at message to King Cedrick Williamson. Amon message was simple. Surrender and join his army or fight to the death.
Just as Amon's army was about to break through the castle's gate. A Powerful burst of magic shook the ground, moments later a sheild was placed around the castle by the wizard named Vaton Shadowblood. This was the first time anyone had seen Vaton since The Dragon War. Amon tried to break the barrier but was unable to even put a dent into. The magic Vaton used was so powerful that King Amon was not able to use his crown to get rid of it.
After a few more days, news was delivered to Amon that King Cedrik had fleed out of Neles. The next day the shield around Nele's castle disappeared. But when Amon and his army entered the castle, it was completely empty. Amon declared victory and Neles was now apart of the Draconis Empire .
