Depends on the community and the type of labor.
The great settlement in the north part, near the sea,  has clothes made from hides of sea creatures, which are lighter than the normal clothes for the site and reinforced to withstand the salt and seawater, preferring functionality instead of elegance.

Other communities have an army, therefore the two standing army groups: soldiers and mages, use uniforms. The major city in the mountain dresses with more elaborate cloth, commonly using jewelry, on them or the clothes.
