Ruin

The Ruin is the ancient, long-ruined megacity that spans half of the planet. Walled off from the rest of humanity via walls miles thick and tall, it's a hazardous place where plants don't grow, water does not flow and animals do not roam, inhabited only by the tumorous cinogens and the remnants of the half of humanity that was damned to toil within its confines.
