Konrad de Drago (Con-Rad-Dee-Drah-Goh)
High Inquisitor Konrad (Formerly Zafin) (Formerly Daywalker) de Drago (Formerly Kolokantho) (a.k.a. Lord Konrad, Lord Drago)
Konrad de Drago is a Goliath (Half-Giant) male who currently serves as a High Inquisitor of The Most Tenacious and Devoted Inquisition of St. Cleihart, commonly known just as "The Inquisition". The vast Archipelagos of Pamokuu are the region his sect of the Inquisition control. Konrad is an extremely renowned member of the Inquisition, with his devotion and brutality being famed and feared across the Archipelagos and throughout the world of Dagan.
Born in AP 1505, in a high mountain village to a solidary Goliath tribe, Konrad was originally named Zafin Daywalker Kolokantho, and was a hunter from a young age, frequently bringing back little rabbits and mice from walks with his parents. When he was 5, the village soothsayer began the marking via tattoos on his face and body, charting his lifepath to be one of a warrior and leader, the last and greatest of the Kolokantho clan. It wasn't long after this until Zafin's village was attacked by a roving Saintly Militia of the Inquisition who slaughtered his tribe and took him away from his home. Normally Zafin would just be killed, but his young age made the militia think that he could be educated properly in the ways of Cuthbertine doctrine and law. To reflect his new status as a member of the Inquisition, Zafin was renamed to Konrad de Drago, after two of the Inquisition's greatest heroes; Konrad Wacarin and Nyeve of Drago.
From there, Konrad very quickly forsook his old life and became a devoted Cleihartine, proving to be more zealous than even some of the leaders of the region. He grew into an extremely proficient warrior, becoming very skilled with maces, clubs, cudgels and various other bludgeoning weapons- these bludgeoning weapons being the signature weapon of the Inquisition. When he reached the age of 15, he was already 6ft tall, and developed huge ambitions and plans for the Inquisition. Konrad killed his captain and assumed control over the Saintly Militia that took him from his village. He said that he had spoken to Cleihart himself in a vision, and that he had been told to assume the currently vacant position of Grand High Inquisitor and completely unite the disparate sects of the Inquisition under his rule in order to start a "Great Crusade against Daemonkind." His militia accepted his claim, and Captain Konrad de Drago set about unifying the Saintly Militias of Pamokuu.
By Konrad's 23rd birthday, he had successfully completed his first task. The now-competent leader was granted the title of High Inquisitor by both his militias and the Archbishops around Dagan. After this honour, Konrad and his forces began to build, train and prepare to execute his plan- to call a meeting of the Inquisition's leadership in a neutral location, then kill or gain subservience from every High Inquisitor and Archbishop of Dagan, before declaring himself Grand High Inquisitor and starting the Great Crusade.
As of the Month of Paupers, AP 1531, the preparations have continued for around 3 years, but a slight snag in the plan has been hit. Konrad de Drago, while in the United League of Cities to recruit a bishop into the scheme, ended up killing a member of the public in a brutal fashion, and was arrested by Leaguer authorities. He was sent to the Golden Fields labour camp to work while his official sentence was figured out. He was there, plotting an escape after coordinating with a Saintly Militia local to the Metarisian Archipelago. It is rumoured that he disguised his rank in the Inquisition in order to avoid harsher punishment. The escape attempt was very successful, as a riot gave Konrad the opportunity to slip away from the labour camp and command the Saintly Militia to storm the labour camp. The Saintly Militia obliged, and brutally put down both prisoner and guard alike, taking control of the camp before burning the place to the ground.
In the Month of Seas, AP 1531, Konrad was in Kquimlar working to start up recruiting efforts on the island. It was when he passed through Elvastad that he ended up beating an imprisoned Amarash Idisar severly. Amarash was captured by a small cult, and a local Inquisition member who had been slighted by him requested Konrad intimidate and beat Amarash as a lesson to never again mess with the Inquisition. Konrad, after doing so, was annoyed by all this, as he had gotten no benefit out of the assault. However, his skills of intimidation worked again on the local Inquisition member, who he forced into helping him convince Elvastad's Inquisition Captain to join his cause.
