Session 6 - Thick in the plot Report

General Summary

Last time....being hones I can't quite remember XD
I think we picked up just after meeting Shaharazad and discussed a bit how to tackle the rest of the day. Lynx planned to visit the Research Institute Campus and brought Morrigan and Fredrick along, with a brief stop at a Curio shop to purchase a minor illusion ring, and a small jewelry cabinet for Luce -> which came with a bonus (accidental) ring with a minor enchantment, Abjuration based, which Morrigan gifted onto Fredrick's claw - magically shrunk to fit.
They managed to make it to the Institute as well, just before closing, and after speaking with the receptionist made an appointment to speak with a professor in the morning... I don't remember who, if it wasGreyon or someone else...
On the other half of our team, Luce, Bemoans, and Darian headed to a tavern on the west side of town - the Guilded Coin, managed by Elgar Abell to gather Intel, scope out persons, make some connections... All quite successfully!! Luce charmed the beard off the proprietor, and performed on one of the large round tables - stealing most of the populus' attention. Darian and Bemoans saddled up to some researchers they noticed chatting nearby - where they *also* charmed a young Emryn Dorwarin . Darian laid it on thick, and by the time Luce finished her playing, and sauntered her way through most of her new fans' tables greeting and schmoozing, the young lady was downright smitten. Only shortly after meeting Luce, and at Darian's offer of a date at the Institute, Emryn promptly fainted. :D before leaving - Bemoans also discovered the local town drunk.
As the party regrouped - Bemoans stayed nearby, taking watch over Greyon's home, while the rest went home to the Parlor to rest. A few hours into the night, spotted movement outside the house - two groups of monstrous creatures heading in opposite directions.Bemoans gave chase to one, heading north, and sent the familiar Hester to notify the group. For now - he gave chase alone.
