Vale of Cwydd

The lands where Clan Scáthach roam, this fertile region of the Unbound Lands is part of the primary trade route between the Freemen of the north and Dol Gadmen.
Famed for it's supernatural beauty, the Vale of Cwydd features stunning forests, gorges, creeks and valleys. The Hellúin River runs through teh center of the Vale, which many of the local homesteads and abodes lie close to. Brave Empire travellers might venture to the Vale to see it's stunning scenery, and go home changed forever.
The Vale is also the southern most region where one might be able to see the Aurora - enchanting lights in the sky that are heralded as one of the more artistic creations of The Astronomer.
Led by the hero Manannán, Clan Scáthach has become the most prosperous of the Clans in recent history. Due to Clan Scáthach's involvement in the conflict between the Empire and the other Northmen clans, the people of this land have maintainted strong relations with the Empire in the past two decades.
Timber, copper, iron, gold and fish are the most common exports of the region.
