Na'thaniel, Commander of the Trinity Guard

Trinity, The Pearl of the Empire, is a loud city. The frontline of the never-ending theological combat amongst the Avanís Pantheon, the city is rife with dramatics, squabbles and rowdiness.
Trinity would have long since collapsed in on itself if not for the Trinity Guard, an independent military force attached to The Founding Fathers yet separated from the Prelates who rule the city so that the Guard can remain strictly neutral in the battles of the Gods.
Na'thaniel is the current Commander of the Trinity Guard. An incredibly capable and fit middle aged man, the Commander stands at about 6'1". His hair is dark, thick and curly, with a short, well-maintained beard.
Despite his prowess in a physical duel, he is renowned for his intelligence - he is a mathematician in a city of clerics. His wit, sociability and quick tongue make him an incredible debater amongst his theologist peers, allowing him to defuse many a situation before it comes to blows.
He enjoys teaching, and does it often - ever the one to make light of a situation to return the heated clergymen and women of Trinity back to a state of calm.
