Fort Belegor

This outpost guards the waters leading from Helias to Carrag Nuine - the prominent most international trade route in the Empire.
The Fort is surrounded by luxurious Nissian estates, owned by the rich and powerful of Helias.
Cadets of the Empire's military are sent here for basic training, and so a community of support services has formed around the fort to supply and entertain the constant hordes of youths who are stationed at the Fort.
The Battle of Belegor is one of the bloodier tales told around the Empire, with a whole fleet of Federation ships sunk as they attempted to enter the river during the First Federation War. It is said that Empire sorcerers rained fire on the ships as they attempted to penetrate the mainland.
