After growing hostilities at sea, the first incursion is made by Federation soldiers onto the shores of Daënfel, landing at Crater Cove.   A series of swift and bloody battles ensued, and the Empire was shook at this newfound threat. United by common cause and aptly prepared, the war was short-lived - Federation forces were repelled from Daënfel shores in under four years. Celebrations roared across the Empire for months.
