Ainamuuren

Very few of the beasts that call the Rhakhis their home are known for their ability to communicate and see reason. Fewer still are storied as an accomplice to the heroes of Daënfel, helping them navigate the unforgiving peaks and dispatch of creatures from the Maw.
Ainamuuren is a piece of folklore amongst the men and women of the Unbound Lands - the 'mountain man', or 'wanderer of the Rhakhis' some call him. Stories say that he is an imposingly tall and hair-covered creature, who hunts the creatures of the Dark amongst the highest of the snow-covered peaks in Daënfel.
Clansmen who inhabit the shorter of the peaks on the western side of the Unbound Lands tell stories of the sounds of roaring echoing between the mountains, easy to confuse with the sound of a storm.
