Tactics

The Free Kingdoms often utilise very standardised and rigid formations, placing squads in 2 rows or columns. When operating on their own they tend to fight in a more irregular fashion

Training

Due to the war with Daria, the training of Free Kingdoms troops is extremely variable. Anybody who can march in a line and hold a spear could serve, however there are many veteran and highly trained units, even amongst those recruited during the war.

A detached squad can operate for up to a week without resupply, however dedicated smiths and fletchers are often shared between multiple squads to repair damaged equipment
