Dumisa Ndodana
Dumisa is the leader of the Kundi Pepo tribe. He was one of the leaders during the O'Neil One Revolt. He is now part of the Council of Elders on O'Neil One. He ran against Omotunde Boutroux with the first election. He doesn't agree with some of her policies, but falls in line with the rest of the Council.
Dumisa would like to see Highriders controlling all of space. However he believes that this must be taken by force with any means. This is against Adelaja Mills message and attempts. Both have a hostile relationship. Rumor has it that Dumasi has feed information about Adel's location on a few occasions, but Dumasi denies all of these rumors. He agrees that there is friction between him and Adel, but he believes that ESA is more evil than small squabbles.
