O'Neil One Government
The O'Neil One government is democratic. A Comissioner is voted in every 5 years. Omotunde Boutroux has been voted in as the first Comissioner. The Council of Elders is made up of the various leaders for the work gangs that cause the rebellion. They are the legislative branch to the Commissioner's executive branch. The Council of Elders each have a department that they maintain and give oversight to.
Structure
The O'Neil One governed by the Commissioner who is the democratically elected leader of the colony. Their roles is the executive branch of the government and see to filling of the various departments responsible for the colony.
The Council of Elders is made up of the original tribes/families of Highriders who were involved in the revolt of O'Neil One colony. These members are appoint by each of the tribes/families to represent their interests and goals. This is the legislative branch of the government.
