A residential district on the very southeast edge of Milan's Blue Zone. Like all of the districts within the Blue and Gold Zones, it is technically a part of Milan, though it functions as a municipal unit on its own.
Originally an industrial zone, it saw some damage during the corporate occupation due to its position right on the border between Blue and Red. In the past ten years, however, Santa Giulia has seen quite a lot of public and private investment, and is now considered a hip, up-and-coming neighborhood.
