This building is the home to the various Federal Agencies like the F.B.I. and the C.I.A. After the combined reports of the massive gang war/riot that was caused by someone breaking out of the State Supermax Prison, then the unsanctioned explosion of an abandoned mansion, and then the burning down of multiple churches as part of a series of Hate Crimes, The FBI and CIA decided to proceed with a massive expansion of their headquarters here in Crescent City.
The building itself has been heavily fortified. There are always multiple guards at the front entrance, wearing FBI uniforms. There is an underground parking garage with multiple Guards and security checks. Cameras can be seen around the building.
