Crescent City Luxury Arcade and Arpatments

Purpose / Function

The original purpose was to serve as a major attraction four Tourism. It has several shops in the mall section, and the Convention Center on the top floors. The Luxury Apartments were later added when the location grew to be very successful.

Defenses

1. 15 Security Guards that are controlled by Quinton's Bois. 
2. Electronic Security System including Cameras and alarms.
