The Kraken Gang

If there is a criminal enterprise going on in Velsia, it is safe to assume the Kraken Gang has their tentacles in it. They run underground casinos, brothels, and black market merchandise, as well as drug and slave trafficking and assassinations. While the City Guards are always taking down low-level members of the gang, they have never been able to stop them from receding into the dark and emerging even stronger.

Structure

While the organizational structure of the gang is a mystery, rumors of the head of the gang, known only as The Kraken, spread through underworld channels.
