Personal history

Brosk Tunzig was born in Humbolt to orc parents who had been ostracized from their orc clan for disagreeing with the clan's warrior ways. As an orc child growing up among cremonians who were at war with his kind, he experienced hatred and xenophobia from an early age. Despite bullying and mistrust, he was a good student, excelling at art and writing, and as he matured into adulthood, gained the respect of his teachers and peers.
He moved to Velsia to become a poet when he was 19 years old, and while he experienced some of the same ignorance he fought against as a child, the bustling and diverse city allowed him to blend in and go about his life. He did pick up the nickname "Two-Eyed Cyclops" for his huge stature, but it was in good fun.
While performing poetry on a street corner in the Belle Market District, he met Gayla Fitwitty, the daughter of a local leatherworker, and there was a spark of romance in their first encounter. They began to see each other often, and eventually, he received the blessing of Gayla's father to ask for her hand in marriage.
They both would work in the leather shop until Gayla's father took ill and died. At that point, they sold the remaining stock and tools, and retrofitted the shop into a pub they lovingly called The Two-Eyed Cyclops Tavern, which they still own and operate to this day. They now have two half-orc children, who they hope will keep the business going when they are gone.
